Fresh fruit waters and seasonal fruits, a light snack, relaxation time, palapa, hammocks, and a small pool to cool off.

Bring a towel, swimsuit and/or sarong, and a good intention.
It is recommended to have completed digestion before the ceremony.
Stay hydrated and drink enough water before the session.

Space and Complementary Experiences:
Our nature space includes camping areas, cabins, bathrooms and showers, a small pool for refreshing, and a peaceful environment to rest and integrate the experience.
Traditional Mayan food, vegetarian meals, pollo pibil, and Mayan snacks can also be requested.
There is also the possibility to enrich your visit with excursions to cenotes, lagoons, and other natural activities in the region.

Ancestral Temazcal Ceremony
The Temazcal is an ancient ancestral ceremony practiced for generations by various Native peoples of the Americas as a ritual of purification, healing, and spiritual connection.
Traditionally, the Temazcal represents the womb of Mother Earth: a sacred space where we enter to cleanse the body, release emotions, quiet the mind, and be reborn in harmony with ourselves, with nature, and with all our relations.
Through heat, steam, and the natural process of sweating, the body begins to release toxins, tension, and accumulated burdens, supporting a deep process of physical, emotional, and energetic cleansing.
The ceremony takes place inside a ceremonial space symbolizing the womb of Mother Earth.
Outside, volcanic stones are heated in a ceremonial fire and later brought into the Temazcal, where aromatic plants, water, and medicinal herbal infusions are offered to generate the sacred steam, healing, and purification.
Guided with respect for tradition, the Temazcal is experienced through prayers, chants, ceremonial instruments, and connection with the elements of nature.
The ceremony lasts approximately one and a half to two hours and unfolds through four stages or “doors,” connected with the four elements and different aspects of the self:
Earth — physical cleansing, grounding, and connection with the origin.
Water — emotional release and opening of the heart.
Air — breath, clarity, and awareness.
Fire — transformation, strength, and inner renewal.
In each door, the heat, medicinal plants, and sweat help the body naturally purify itself, while the ceremonial intention invites participants to release thoughts, emotions, and energies that are no longer needed.
The Temazcal may be experienced as a spiritual, therapeutic, and deeply restorative practice, as well as an opportunity to pause, listen to the body, and reconnect with oneself.
